DeKalb County A sticky situation

County roads leave cars covered in tar

If you travel in the northern parts of DeKalb County, you may have noticed a black substance sticking to the undersides of cars. If you have, you’re not alone.

Residents took to Facebook this week to find more information about the tar coming off County Roads 140, 141 and 137.
