United Givers Fund of DeKalb Executive Director Chris Phillips and Campaign Co-Chairmen Brian Baine and Jessi Hairston have been working with the community to have an Angel Tree at the UGF office in Fort Payne, 106 3rd St. S.E.

The tree at the UGF office was donated by The Salvation Army a few years ago, Phillips said, and this year, she and the campaign chairmen decided to give their member agencies an opportunity to participate in decorating the tree.
