With deepest regret, we must let everyone know that Easton Underwood has passed away at  a young 8 years old. Easton was born on January 11, 2010. After a very long battle with leukemia, Friday morning just after 6 am, Easton fell into the arms of Jesus. We weep for us, but for Easton, we are so thankful that our little hEro is dancing and running on streets of gold today with Jesus by his side. He is no longer a cancer patient. Today his counts are perfect, his body is whole and he is pain free. No more ports, no more “little sticks”, no more hospitals. Easton has a new body and is waiting for us in Heaven. If you don’t know Jesus, find Him, so you too can see Easton again one day. Easton is survived by his mom and dad, Keisha Dolberry and Jeff Underwood, his sister, Grace Underwood, his grandparents, Sammy Underwood, Pat (Jerry) Posey, Ray (Denise) Dolberry, a host of loving aunts and uncles, adoring cousins, and many friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Myra Dolberry.

Arrangements will be as follows:

Visitation Monday, December 3, at Scottsboro Funeral Home 4-8 pm, 8-2 Tuesday, December 4, 2018, with service at 2, in the chapel at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro.
