Times-Journal Editorial Prayers for hurt soldier with FP ties

Posted: Wednesday, June 6, 2012 5:03 pm | Updated: 4:42 pm, Mon Jul 9, 2012.

DeKalb County is joined in prayer for a U.S. Army paratrooper injured last week by an explosion in Afghanistan.

Spc. Josh Wetzel isn’t from DeKalb County, but he is married to a Fort Payne native, Paige Beasley Wetzel. That makes him one of us, and the community will continue to keep a good thought for Wetzel’s recovery.
