Alabama football Crimson Tide begins game planning for Arkansas

TUSCALOOSA — Top-ranked Alabama practiced for two hours Monday in shells at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility, cleaning up mistakes from the Western Kentucky game and beginning preparations for the Southeastern Conference opener Saturday.

"This was not our best game [Western Kentucky]," Alabama head coach Nick Saban said Monday. "It's a little predictable that when you don't focus and pay attention to detail like you need to, whether it's in preparation or actually in your performance, things don't usually go as well as you'd like them to."
