Ms. Jewell Wells Smith
Ms. Jewell Wells Smith, age 95 of Fort Payne, passed away May 27, 2008.She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jesse and Belva Crow Wells; three sisters, Dillie Nelson, Gladys Lee and Jessie Louise Wells.She worked at Old Jack’s for 22 years.Viewing will be from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Burt Funeral Home in Fort Payne with graveside services following in Valley Head Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Dr. Mike Mitchell will be officiating.
