Ribbon cutting for Mind Right Therapy

Therapist Heather Henry, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, was joined by the Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce and city officials at a ribbon cutting on Sept. 30 for her therapy office called Mind Right. It is located at 1949 Gault Avenue N, Unit 104, in Fort Payne. For more information, call (256) 273-6800 or email info@mindright.com. Their services include individual therapy for anxiety and depression. Henry also utilizes play therapy techiques in a fully stocked playroom with age-appropriate toys to help children to deal and process what is troubling them or causing them distress. Cognitive behavioral therapy targets issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
