It’s finally here! The Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce has a new website, and we couldn’t be more excited.

As a chamber, we strive to provide services that are beneficial to our members, such as having members listed and easily found on our website. Cue the map! Yes, when chamber members are pulled up on the chamber website a map will be there directing people to their business.

Chamber members also have access to their information to update and keep everyone abreast of specials or promotions they may be offering. We also have a job posting page that is free for our members to post jobs.

We can now accept payments online for membership dues and events. So, chamber members, please check your email for your access information, and remember to check other email folders, if you don’t find it in your inbox. Then, setup update your profile so that we have the most up-to-date information on file and you are able to receive notifications. We want our website to be a great resource for the community, so you’ll find links to other awesome resources too. Between our website and others within the community, we should have you covered.

Not a member and feel like you might be missing out? You probably are. Go online and become a member, or call me and I will visit you, and we can discuss all the great benefits of being a Chamber Member.

Additionally, if you have suggestions about our website, let us know. We aren’t perfect, and if we can make changes for the better, we will. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

Please encourage your friends and neighbors to use our website as a resource if they are looking for a business location or phone number. We receive a good many calls at the Chamber looking for a business phone number — and, believe it or not, the occasional request for an old friend’s number who lives in Michigan. Seriously, if the business is a chamber member, it’s easy for us to quickly pull up a number. It would be wonderful, if before calling, you could check out our website first!

Here it is: www.fortpaynechamber.com, check it out.
