The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:Sept. 12

Brandon Kelly Offutt, 39, of Valley Head, is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 13

Brandon Kyle Sims, 32, of Rainbow City, is charged with failure to appear.

Cristy Loudermilk, 37, of Sylvania, is charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and illegal possession.

Sandra Yeadon, 36, of Collinsville, is charged with domestic violence.

Sept. 14

Randy Lynn Smith, 34, of Albertville, is charged with failure to appear.

Terry Smith, 63, of Boaz, is charged with negotiating worthless instrument.

Timothy Sean Bingham, 20, of Woodville, is charged with attempting to elude police.

Timmy Ray Keel, 22, of New Hope, is charged with attempting to elude police, resisting arrest and hold for agency.

Wendy Leah Wilbanks, 32, of Fort Payne, is charged with court order.

Brandon Williamson, 32, is charged with failure to appear.

Kenneth Allen Gregory, 53, of Fort Payne, is charged with theft of property, burglary, failure to appear and attempting to elude police.

Marcus Laquon Maddox, 22, of Fort Payne, is charged with possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, criminal littering.

Bruce Lee Jones, 36, of Fort Payne, is charged with possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and illegal possession.

Steven David Carter, 38, of Glencoe, is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Brandy Nicole Rothell, 34, of Fort Payne, is charged with court order.

Tristen Kendall Blake, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 12:55 pm

Danielle Renae Lowrey, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 4:57 pm
