Theft of Property – Occurred at 120 Airport Road W, $22.46 in currency was taken

 

17 Arrests

 

Senaida Miguel Juan, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 1:31 am

Marilu Martinez Domingo, age 21 of Hanceville, was arrested for Allowing Minors to Consume Alcoholic Beverages at 4:45 am

Elijah Dylan Tharp, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 4:45 am

Mariah Nicole Orr, age 20 of Collinsville, was arrested for Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 4:29 am

A 17 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne was arrested for Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 4:29 am

Eduardo Zatarain Hidrogo, age 22 of Valley Head, was arrested for Allowing Minors to Consume Alcoholic Beverages at 4:45 am

Jose Maria Plascencia, age 21 of Valley Head, was arrested for Allowing Minors to Consume Alcoholic Beverages at 4:29 am

Jerome Mendoza Techlowec, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Allowing Minors to Consume Alcoholic Beverages at 4:29 am

David Wayne Shadrick, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:37 am

Danny Ryan Albright, age 29 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication, and Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:19 pm

James Christophe Arsenault, age 26 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:28 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

 

An accident occurred at I 59 218 exit ramp, Christian Kayser Kessenich, age 25 of Cleveland, driving a 2009 Toyota Tacoma struck Anthony Dale Hicks, age 61 of Pisgah, driving a 2017 Chevrolet S25. Rebecca Lynn Hicks, age 54 of Pisgah was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.
