John Tyler Whitmire, 27, of Rainsville, is charged with two counts of domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles Anthony Turner, 43, of Huntsville, is charged with negotiating worthless instrument.
Jerry Hartline, 51, of Fyffe, is charge with failure to appear and hold for agency.
Amber Paige Malone, 26, of Owens Cross Roads, is charged with probation violation.
Travis McDowell, 35, of Flat Rock, is charged with reckless endangerment.
Kevin Lee Hartline, 35, of Flat Rock, is charged with reckless endangerment.
Darrell Ray Byars, 56, of Crossville, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
April Belinda Wiggins, 41, of Gadsden, is charged with failure to appear and hold for agency.
Chad Matthew Robinson, 34, of Rome, is charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and hold for agency.
The Fort Payne Police Department reported the following incidents:
Rebecca Ann Ingram, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Promoting Prison Contraband at 4:47 a.m.

Kelley Wayne Anderson, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Contempt of Court at 6:25 p.m.
Robert Eric Warfield, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:12 p.m.

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 18th Street NE, Brenda K Partridge, age 70 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee struck Tina Michelle Reece, age 46 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Toyota Camry. Reece was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
Burglary – Occurred at 1916 Gault Ave N, Surveillance equipment, a National safe and an alarm and wiring were damaged, valued at $6000.00
