Arrests
Stephanie Lynn Kennedy, age 28, of Cleveland, TN, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:36 a.m.
Bryan Scott Hale, age 29, of Cleveland, TN, was arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:36 a.m.
John Weston Mitchell, age 32, of Gaylesville, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear at 3:12 p.m.
