4 Arrests Jartis Wayne Phelps, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of a Combined Substance at 12:03 am
Carl Taylor Lightbourme, age 25 of Huntsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:52 am
Alissa Mann, age 34 of Collinsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:05 pm
Brandon Mark Phillips, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 5:43 pm

Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1400 Glenn Blvd SW, the undercarriage and a quarter panel on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler were damaged, valued at $2000.00
Theft of Lost Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, $120.00 in currency was taken
Theft of Property – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE, a Steven’s 12 gauge shotgun, a Steven’s 22 caliber rifle, a Hi Point 45 caliber pistol and keys were taken, valued at $703.00
Burglary – Occurred at 3018 Gault Ave S, jewelry, jewelry box, two Troy Bilt push mowers and two chests were taken, valued at $11200.00

Amy Heathery Eidson, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:13 pm
Jennifer Nicole Dobbs, age 41 of Dutton, was arrested for Harassment at 4:03 pm
