Retired major general speaks at May meeting of Little River Chapter SAR

Retired (U.S. Army) Major General Willie B. Nance Jr. was the keynote speaker at the May meeting of the Little River Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. Nance is also the newly appointed President of the Jackson County Commission. Nance talked about the holidays honoring our veterans and police officers and some of the situations that made them worthy to be honored. This was the first time the chapter had met in months due to the COVID-19 situation.
