Editor,

All of my life I have heard “do not mix religion with politics.” I am very concerned about this country and the direction that it’s heading.

We have two main political parties in this country. For the party that is in charge and rules, we are going to have to put up with the rules and the policies for the next four years.

I know that there are decent folks and crooks on both sides.

It is more important than ever that people get out and vote. The destiny of this country depends on it.

As a Christian, I think the Republican Party represents more of the principles that are stated in the Bible.

It is just a matter of time before this nation falls.

You can turn on the television and read the newspaper and see what is going on. The hearing and the investigation on the nomination of the Supreme Court Justice is ridiculous. I am old, but I am concerned for my children.
