There is far too much crime in this country. I am especially concerned about the killing of police officers in this country.
Police officers are here to enforce the law of the land and to protect the citizens of this land. If our law enforcement was to break down, what will become of our public institutions? It’s getting where it’s not safe to get out of our homes, businesses, hospitals and nursing homes. Every home should have the right to defend itself. The right for citizens to bear arms is a constitutional right.
I heard on the news that drug overdoses cause more deaths in this country than highway accidents. I commend President Trump for building a border wall. It cost this country several dollars for doing it. In the long run, drug related crime is going to cost us much more. I’m not against immigration, but it should be regulated.
I’m a firm believer in capital punishment. Premeditated murder, forced rape, child molestation and armed robbery; all these crimes should carry the death penalty. There should be speedy trials to establish facts. The punishment should fit the crime.
This country started going “down hill” in the 1950s. This has been getting worse ever since. To me, it’s a miracle it lasted well into the 21st century. If it wasn’t for God’s redeeming love it would not have lasted this long. Our God has been merciful. Man has failed. This country is in desperate need of reform and revival.
The fear of God needs to be established in this land. If man doesn’t carry out the principles written in the Bible; then tell me, who will?
