I would like to express how very lucky your readers are to be able to live in this wonderful gorgeous area.

We come from Louisiana over and over to hike, canoe and drive the scenic views. When we bring friends, they are amazed that Alabama has such sights.

We stopped going on to the Smoky Mountain area after finding this gem. I would like to express though that the local children and possibly some adults be taught to take care of this delicate landscape.

On some occasions, the trash left at the various swimming holes has been alarming. We have begun to bring trash bags with us to help gather left trash. Please know how blessed you are to be so close to these awesome sights.
